The Beach bar
The Beach Bar Bure creates an alfresco
style atmosphere, highlighted by the mirror-like
water of the beachfront. The bure extends
to an outdoor slate lounge and the pool
area, sectioned off for exclusive events,
where guests can sit back and enjoy the
natural amphitheatre created by clever
design. The essence of the South Pacific
with 360º views taking in Beqa and
Yanuca Islands and the sunset over the
Dakunikoro Mountains. |
Mantarae Restaurant
Mantarae boasts 270º views of
the South Pacific with a panoramic view
of Beqa Island. The cool breeze flows
through the open plan, providing the idyllic
island setting with an international edge.
The contemporary fusion style of food
delivers the freshest local produce in
addition to the best the rest of the world
has to offer. The menu is inspired by
the magnificent surroundings and the cuisine
is complemented by international wine
selection. |
The Country Club
The Country Club at The Pearl South
Pacific championship golf course will
be opened exclusively for social events.
The Clubhouse is ideal for weddings, a
more picturesque venue you could not find.

Please note that we offer the freedom
of you choosing your Entrée, Main
& Dessert options from the list and
through request we are able to send you
menus to suit your taste. |
Beverage
The bar works on a tab system where
you may choose to designate a set limit
for the duration of the event. When the
limit is approaching you are notified
and may then set a new limit or close
the bar tab. You may specify what will
and will not be offered through the bar
during the event. All beverages are charged
on consumption basis. A complete beverage
list will be provided on request due to
its substantial size. |
